Dear Valued North Crest Customers, Friends and Families,

Due to the new executive order by the governor of Minnesota, on Friday, November 20 at midnight we are not allowed to hold in person classes until further notice.

We will not be open for any office hours; due to the closure our staff will be required to work from home. We will check our email daily and respond as soon as possible.

We want to thank our incredible staff for all they have done to keep our gym clean, safe and prepared during this COVID pandemic. They have gone over and above to put you and your children’s safety at the top of their priority list because of the love we share for your family and health.

We want to thank our North Crest customers and families for following protocols, wearing your masks, social distancing and bringing one family member to watch class has helped immensely. We cannot express how much we appreciate all you have done to help. At North Crest, we have not had any outbreak of the virus because of the extreme precautions we have taken. We are a safe place for children and their families and will continue to hold to high standards when we are allowed to open again.

Children’s mental and physical health is dependent upon them being allowed to participate in physical activity. Gymnastics and Dance is by far two of the best ways for a child to gain strength, flexibility, agility and above all confidence to achieve their goals.

As was stated in your registration paperwork, we will move our recreational classes to a “Zoom” format. Please watch for emails with links to those classes. You will have access to both live and recorded classes. We will place a hold on accounts and will not charge on Dec. 15 as we would normally. We will reach out to everyone so please do not send in your class change requests until that time, as we do not have the office staff to process those requests right now.

Thank you for your continued support of our business. Thank you for trusting North Crest with your children’s growth and well-being.

Sincerely,

Chris and Paula Stone
